The Cell and Hybridoma Facility at Iowa State University is housed in the
Molecular Biology Building across campus from Bessey Hall and is headed by Dr.
Kristi Harkins. This facility offers, among many other services, the production
of polyclonal antibodies. This service includes the purchase and care of
rabbits, adjuvant addition, injection of antigen, blood collection, and
processing of sera. All procedures are in accord with approved protocols and
timetables.
