I have been on the faculty of the ISU Department of Plant Pathology and Microbiology for 28 years. My appointment includes research, teaching, and extension related to management of diseases of horticultural crops and commodities - fruits, vegetables, shade trees, ornamentals, and turfgrasses. I am currently Editor-in-Chief of the international research journal Plant Disease. I was elected a Fellow of the American Phytopathological Society (APS) in 2013.
